Two hundred and thirty-four separate terrazzo tiles make up this 2,183 sq. ft. topographical map of the state of Colorado as seen from approximately four hundred miles in space.This one-of-kind FOTERA® resinous terrazzo installation covers the entire entry floor to the Great Hall of the new History Colorado Museum.

This bronze sculpture commemorates Frederick Douglass, the captivating politician and abolitionist who is portrayed as an orator, in the middle of giving a speech, and as a writer, with his paper in his hand and his pen at his side.

Steven Weitzman, Master of the multi-disciplinary approach to public art, is an award winning designer of urban spaces, nationally acclaimed artist and sculptor.
