US-54 KELLOGG/WOODLAWN INTERCHANGE
Wichita, KS.
2004
Forty-eight modular form liners were used to create four miles of unique retaining wall designs—one of the largest non-repetitive bas-relief installations in the country. Cast in place, the walls rely on sunlight to accentuate the crisp, dynamic textures that emulate the Kansas landscape as it might appear from above, echoing the view of fertile fields seen from the air.
